The Angus Network Terms and Conditions:
The following Terms and Conditions are the stipulations required in order to access and utilize all services offered by The Angus Network.
The Terms and Conditions outlined in the following sections are inclusive of all sales and services available through our Web site. Each buyer and seller is required to accept these conditions at the time of registration. The Angus Network reserves the right, at their discretion, to terminate any user from accessing all services if these Terms and Conditions are being violated in any way. The Angus Network reserves the right to take legal action in the event of misuse of The Angus Network and its' provided services.
The Angus Network reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amended Terms and Conditions will be valid and old ones null and void five days following intial amendment date. These Terms and Conditions were last amended on August 3, 2006.
Limit of Liability:
In no event shall we be liable for lost profits or any special, incidental or consequential damages however arising, including negligence, arising out of or in connection with a sale made through this Web site.
Requirements for use of The Angus Network Services:
- The Angus Network services are available only to those of whom accept the Terms and Conditions at the time of registration.
- Our services will not be offered to minors.
- The Angus Network has the sole discretion to refuse and/or cancel services to any party for any reason.
General Terms and Conditions:
- The Angus Network only serves as a facilitator during the transaction process. The buyer and seller are solely responsible for arranging their own shipping solutions.
- The Angus Network shall not be held responsible for any misrepresentation of lots listed with The Angus Network.
Listing with The Angus Network:
- The Angus Network reserves the right to reject any potential listing for any reason.
- The Angus Network reserves the right to modify and/or delete any comments that do not represent the lot to its best advantage.
- Seller must provide all updates, quantities, and changes to their listing(s) to The Angus Network.
- Any special payment arrangements must be received in the agreed upon predetermined date.
- The seller reserves the right to accept or reject any offer.
- At registration the seller is guaranteed a 60-day listing for $25.00.
- Payments will be made directly to The Angus Network, who will in turn pay the seller the agreed upon amount minus the commission fee.
- It is the sole responsibility of buyer and seller to arrange shipping solutions.
- Multiple offers can be made on a single lot and the seller reserves the right to accept or reject any offer.
Purchasing with The Angus Network:
- There is no guarantee that any offer made will result in obtaining owernship of a lot.
- Once an offer is accepted, the buyer is obligated to make payment within five business days. If no funds are received, the buyer foreits the deal.
- Any habitual non-payment behavior will result in being blacklisted from use of The Angus Network and its services.
Fee Schedule:
- 60-Day Listing (Live Cattle, Embryos, Semen) - $25
- Cattle Wanted Listings - $10/mo
- Banner Ads - $10/mo + $100 design fee call 406-962-3310 to sign up
Unforseen Technological Issues:
- In the event of a technological problem, The Angus Network will not be held responsible for any information that is lost during the problem. However, we will strive to insure all lost information is recovered in a timely manner.
- Any malfunction by the buyer or seller computers or Internet Service Provider will not be the responsibility of The Angus Network.
